Start your day with a complete work-out for body and soul at our new YMCA dance meditation class! The 5 Rhythms offer an easy, creative and liberating way to awaken, release and recharge through dance and movement meditation, without learning any steps. This class is open to adults of any age and physical ability; dance experience welcome but not necessary.

5 Rhythms™ Dance Explorations
Come dance your heart out at the end of your day! The 5 Rhythms™ practice offers a creative and inspiring way to release and recharge through dance and movement meditation; to practice mindfulness and awaken to all that is alive within you. Each month is focused around a certain theme. All classes are drop-in format and open to newcomers and old-timers alike. Co-taught with Kari Luehman.
